Is there anyway you could torrent the a .rar of the client files? I keep getting a CRC error even with the torrented exe file. =( Well if anything just of the character creator files? From there i can do a repair tool. Im a sad panda.

Problem #2 Doing normal patch rather than manual, client is now in an infinate repair loop trying to fix the download. So is there anyway I can get the files manually and just run the bloody repair tool, it would go soo much faster.

if you read the terms and agreements, CCP reserves the right not to include stuff on patches. IF you read the test server feed back threads some people want it delayed. Usually for stuff like moving the bar to the left side among other things.
